Mindful Mental Health

The full package and program is a collaboration of both counseling and coaching with specific psycho educational classes that focus on and supplement the “in progress” individual/group work.

Art As Inquiry:

Series of classes focused on use of Psycho education paired with Expressive Healing Arts, Visual Art, Symbols and Imagery in addition to music, movement and more…designed to facilitate Self-Exploration, Self-Expression, Self-Awareness, Visualization, Processing Emotions, Self-Empowerment and more !

Life Support:

Series of classes that are designed to help you to Empower your Self to Create the Change you Seek! Psycho education paired with Experience based Process Work that works to facilitate Self Awareness, Self-Expression, Personal Growth and Development Life Management Skills, Personal Growth, Self-Empowerment and more !
